Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively to customers.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support sales team with lead generation and appointment setting.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language knowledge is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
Polite, confident, and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling/voice process/BPO experience.
