We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products and services.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Generate leads, follow up regularly, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings or appointments.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and share daily call reports with the supervisor/manager.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English (kannada is added an advantage).
Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Diploma/Degree in any stream.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
