Job Description

A Telecaller job primarily involves engaging with potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote products or services, handle inquiries, and generate leads. They may also handle customer complaints and document interactions. Key Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls:

Reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

Handling Inbound Calls:

Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing information, and resolving issues.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and gathering information about potential customers to pass on to sales teams.

Customer Service:

Providing assistance and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database or CRM system.

Sales Targets:

Contributing to sales goals by effectively promoting products or services and persuading customers to make purchases.
