We are looking for an experienced

female telecaller

with a background in travel packages, tours, or tourism sales. The candidate will handle inquiries for Goa, Andaman, and domestic packages, convert leads into bookings, and coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls & WhatsApp leads from travel ads Share package details (Goa/Andaman/domestic) clearly with pricing Ask relevant trip details from customers (dates, pax, hotel type, etc.) Follow up daily and push for confirmations Maintain lead sheet/CRM records Coordinate with hotel & transport teams for bookings Assist in cross-selling activities (scuba, dinner cruise, etc.)

? Requirements:

Female candidates only Minimum 1 year experience in travel agency/tour sales/telecalling Fluent in Hindi (basic English preferred) Confident on phone, good follow-up & closing skills Knowledge of WhatsApp Business & basic Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,226.66 - ₹20,540.48 per month
