Telecaller Executives
to join our member engagement and sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential members and explain our financial services
Promote savings plans, recurring deposit (RD), fixed deposit (FD), and loan schemes
Follow up with leads, schedule appointments for field staff if needed
Maintain call records and update CRM/member register
Resolve queries politely and professionally
Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversions
Key Skills Required:
Fluent in
Telugu
and
basic Hindi/English
Confident communication and persuasive skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
Age: 18-35 years
Gender: Male/Female
