Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers Introduce products/services and highlight their benefits Handle customer queries and objections Meet daily/weekly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions Follow up with leads and close sales Provide excellent customer service

Required Skills:

Minimum 10+2 or Graduation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Goal-oriented and motivated Fluency in English and/or local languages (depending on the target audience)

Experience:

Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus, but freshers can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
