The Telecaller Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, handle inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in the database.
Follow up with interested customers for conversions.
Provide accurate information about products, prices, and offers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Report feedback, issues, and suggestions to the supervisor.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Email).
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Qualification:
Minimum: +2 / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
Work Schedule:
Full-time (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary:
8,000 - ?12,000 per month (Depending on experience and performance)
Incentives based on targets achieved
