Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales or leads. Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide relevant information. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up on leads and maintain customer engagement. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
