We are currently hiring for Telecaller for Kalyan location.
A Telecaller does outlines making outbound/inbound calls to generate leads, explain products/services, resolve issues, book appointments, and update CRM, requiring strong communication, persuasion, data entry, and target achievement, with focus on customer satisfaction through calls, scripts, and relationship building for sales/support roles. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:Dial potential/existing customers to introduce products, generate interest, and convert leads.
Inbound Handling:Address customer queries, complaints, and provide information professionally.
Lead Management:Follow up on leads, maintain a pipeline, and update customer info in CRM.
Sales/Targets:Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales/conversion goals.
Documentation:Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and reports.
Script Adherence:Use and adapt provided scripts while maintaining a conversational tone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
