Outbound calls:

Make outbound calls to clients to inform them about our latest offers, services and promotion's

Feedback Callings:

Conduct follow up calls to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Customer Relationships:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

Follow-up's:

Manage follow up calls.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Experience:
