Job Description

We are a growing domestic admission consultancy helping students secure admissions in leading colleges across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. We are expanding our team in Kalpetta and looking for motivated Telecallers who can guide students and parents with accurate information and drive successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities



Call and follow up with prospective students and parents. Explain available courses, colleges, admission procedures, fees, and eligibility. Maintain student databases and update call records. Convert enquiries into admissions through consistent follow-ups. Build rapport and ensure excellent customer service. Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams as required.

Requirements



+2 / Diploma / Degree (any stream). Good communication skills in

Malayalam

; basic

English

preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage. Ability to work with targets and follow structured call processes. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits



Salary:

?8,000 - ?15,000

per month (based on experience).

Working Hours



Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
