We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller

to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, and providing accurate information about our services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Handle inbound calls professionally Explain course details clearly and convincingly Maintain call records and customer details Follow up with interested customers Achieve daily and monthly targets Provide excellent customer support and build rapport

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Any degree Good communication skills in

English & Malayalam

(Hindi/Tamil is an advantage) Freshers & experienced candidates can apply Basic knowledge of computers is preferred
