Telecaller & Front Office ExecutivePosition Overview
The Telecaller & Front Office Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecaller Duties
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for inquiries, follow-ups, promotions, or appointments
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback
Follow communication scripts and achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Coordinate with sales or support teams for lead conversion and issue resolution
Front Office Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle front desk operations including inquiries, appointments, and scheduling
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, calls)
Maintain visitor logs and office records
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
Proven experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or front office executive (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
