Dynamic Consultation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for

Tele Caller Executives (Outbound)

to support our

bulk hiring drives

for reputed companies such as

Tata Electronics

and other manufacturing, IT, and non-IT organizations.

The role involves

outbound calling to candidates

, explaining job openings, screening profiles, and coordinating interview schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential candidates for bulk job openings Explain

job details

such as role, salary, location, shifts, benefits, and eligibility Screen candidates based on

age, qualification, and interest

Share interview details and coordinate

interview schedules

Maintain accurate

call records and candidate data

Follow up with interested candidates until joining Achieve

daily call targets

and recruitment goals Work closely with the recruitment team to close hiring requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

10+2 / Graduate / Any Degree

Experience:

1-2 years experience in telecalling, BPO, recruitment, or sales preferred

Language Skills:

Good communication in

English + Hindi /Kannada

Skills Required:

Strong convincing and negotiation skills Clear voice and confident speaking Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling software, CRM - added advantage)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

recruitment telecalling / bulk hiring / HR calling

Ability to handle

high call volume

Target-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable working with

daily targets

Willing to learn different job roles and industries

Working Hours:

Day shift 6 days working / 1 weekly off
