We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers, and generating leads. You must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-centric approach to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using a pre-defined script.

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company information.

Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Generate new leads through cold calling and follow up on existing leads to convert prospects into customers.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and transactions in a CRM system.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, and call volume.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors.

Required skills and qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Tele caller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar role is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.

Resilience and patience when dealing with rejection and difficult conversations.

A strong customer-focused approach and a positive, professional attitude.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Age criteria up to 30

Should be fluent in English

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
