A Tele Caller Executive - Internal Sales is responsible for supporting the internal sales team by generating leads, following up with prospects, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships through phone-based communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the marketing or internal sales team
Handle inbound customer inquiries.
Coordinate with internal sales and field sales teams
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Handle objections professionally and resolve customer concerns
Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up
Note: No Sales Target
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong convincing and relationship-building ability
Ability to work in a team environment
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Working Hours:
As per company policy.
