Job Description

Make outgoing calls to patients/customers to explain services and appointments Receive incoming calls and answer queries politely and clearly Provide correct information about consultations, treatments, timings, and charges Fix appointments and follow up with patients/customers when required Maintain call records and update basic details in registers or systems Handle calls patiently and maintain a positive and professional attitude Coordinate with doctors and front office staff when needed Follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality

Skills Required:



Good communication skills Ability to speak clearly and politely Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle calls calmly and professionally Customer-friendly attitude

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
