to join our admissions and outreach team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide course information
Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, walk-ins, and inquiries
Maintain and update call records in the system
Professionally handle queries and guide students through the admission process
Achieve call and conversion targets as assigned
Coordinate with the admissions team for scheduling counseling sessions
Qualifications
Minimum PUC / Any Degree
