Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Telesales Representative
Job Summary:
responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to customers, clients, or potential leads. The role involves promoting products/services, generating sales or appointments, providing information, resolving queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer calls and address queries professionally.
Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM systems.
Follow scripts while pitching products/services.
Generate leads, convert prospects, or schedule appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when needed.
Collect feedback and contribute to process improvement.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and call guidelines.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English / regional language.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Active listening and customer handling abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
Preferred: Any graduate (not mandatory)
Experience:
Fresher or 1-years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or BOP preferred.
