Make outbound calls to promote interior design services.
Generate and qualify leads and follow up regularly.
Handle incoming calls and provide information on services and pricing.
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
Maintain call logs in the CRM and resolve basic customer issues.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
