Key Responsibilities :
Client Communication:
? Reach out to leads provided, offering detailed information about our stunning jewelry
collection according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
? Use empathetic communication to understand and address client needs, ensuring a
personalised and engaging conversation.
Record Keeping:
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, comments, and
actions taken, using our CRM system.
? Ensure follow-ups are conducted to confirm that clients' requests have been addressed
appropriately.
Relationship Building:
? Develop and nurture relationships with clients to facilitate upselling opportunities and
enhance customer satisfaction.
? Aim to build lasting connections that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Conversion:
? Convince leads to visit our store and view their desired jewelry, working closely with
store personnel to coordinate appointments and sales.
? Assist in closing sales by providing detailed information and facilitating a seamless
shopping experience.
Store Coordination:
? Communicate customer requirements and preferences to the store team, ensuring they
have all necessary details to assist clients effectively.
