Telecaller Tvara - AI-Sales Engine for Modern Businesses
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Telecaller to manage outbound calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for Tvara's Sales Team. You will be the first touchpoint for many prospects, helping them understand how Tvara can automate and boost their sales performance.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from curated lead lists.
Introduce Tvara's AI Sales Agent - explain benefits in simple language.
Fix demos and appointments for the Sales Team.
Maintain call logs, responses, and interest levels in the Sheets/CRM.
Conduct follow-up calls for undecided or cold leads.
Share feedback from prospects to the Sales & Product teams.
Handle WhatsApp follow-ups and basic email replies.
What We're Looking For
0-2 years experience in telecalling or customer interaction.
Clear communication in English & Hindi/Kannada.
Confidence to speak with founders, sales heads, and decision-makers.
Strong follow-up discipline and consistency.
Ability to explain the product in a simple, engaging way.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn AI-based sales tools
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹8,021.00 - ₹25,000.99 per month
