Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers in an empathetic, professional, and respectful manner.
Ensure clarity and confidence while conveying information during calls.
Conduct genuine and polite follow-ups.
If a customer is busy, respectfully close the call without insisting on a specific callback time.
Reconnect with the customer after 2-3 hours to check the status.
Maintain accurate call logs and update system information.
Assist customers by addressing queries and providing necessary guidance.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly call targets.
Requirements
Fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in customer communication.
Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and composed during conversations.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
