Job Description

We priorities the act of enriching customer interaction over everything else. We're looking for a skilled telecaller to join as a customer service representative to enable the same. Telecalling work involves learning processes and scripts, so the ideal candidate will have to be a quick learner. Keen observation skills and the ability to gauge tiny important details through a phone conversation go a long way. The ideal telecaller candidate should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives.

Objectives of this role

Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods Handle outbound calling Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a tele caller Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers

Responsibilities

Memorize scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while calling. Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during calling Report the analysis and observation to the team lead Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while calling Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma Strong communication skills and command of the English and Hindi language Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role Data entry skills to complement the telecalling work Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills Looking for Freshers/ Experienced Work Timing - Mon - Sat (10 AM - 7 PM) Additional language

Pay: ₹10,980.24 - ₹20,800.34 per month
