We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented

Telecaller

to join our Construction and Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting potential customers into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services in

construction, interiors, and renovation

. Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information about our services. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through phone interactions. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions. Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure conversion. Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales/design team. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to meet monthly lead and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any field.

Experience:

0-2 years in telecalling, preferably in

construction, interiors, or real estate

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred). Ability to explain technical or design concepts in a simple, engaging way. Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
