We are seeking an experienced Outbound Tele Calling Agent to join our Supply / Sourcing team. The role involves connecting with potential drivers through online platform leads and old churn or attrition databases to onboard drivers for Fyn Mobility's fleet. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in driver hiring, logistics, or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective drivers from online leads and internal churn/attrition data.
Explain the driver onboarding process, earning potential, incentives, and benefits of partnering with Fyn Mobility.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure driver onboarding and activation.
Maintain and update the lead management system (CRM) with accurate call logs and driver status.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for driver onboarding and conversions.
Coordinate with field operations and onboarding teams for smooth driver engagement.
Gather insights on driver market trends, challenges, and competitor hiring activities.
Ensure compliance with company communication standards and data protection policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling / driver hiring / recruitment within 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation sectors.
Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as applicable).
Good understanding of the driver ecosystem, local hiring trends, and onboarding workflows.
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, & Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in hiring or sourcing drivers for platforms such as Zomato, Porter, Shadowfax, Delhivery, etc.
Familiarity with EV fleets or electric mobility is an added advantage.
