Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and explain insurance products (Health, Life, Motor, General Insurance, etc.).
Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide accurate product information.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update client details in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into policyholders.
Educate customers about policy features, premiums, benefits, and claim processes.
Handle customer objections and guide them toward suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and ethical practices.
Support the sales team in renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Service Executive in insurance/financial services preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional language as required].
Ability to explain technical/financial products in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and terminology is an advantage.
Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (Commerce/Finance background preferred).
