Job Description

Outbound calls:

Contact prospective and existing customers to introduce products or services, promote sales, and generate leads.

Inbound calls:

Handle incoming calls to answer customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints or issues.

Sales and lead generation: Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and follow up with leads to convert them into customers.

Customer relationship management: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.

Data management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in a CRM or database.

Administrative duties: Take and process orders, update customer contact information, and prepare reports as needed.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
