Answer calls from customers, address inquiries, resolve problems, and handle complaints professionally.
Outbound calls:
Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, follow up on leads, and nurture customer relationships.
Customer support:
Provide information on products, services, and company policies, and assist with issues or problems.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and update customer records in the CRM system.
Performance:
Meet daily and weekly call targets, sales goals, or other performance metrics.
Team collaboration:
Work with sales or support teams to improve overall customer experience and share feedback.
Required skills and qualifications
12 th or Inter (min requirement)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in the primary language of the customer base (e.g., Kannada,English).
Ability to memorize and adapt scripts to different conversational situations.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Resilience to handle rejection and pressure from high call volumes.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport.
