Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company Explain photography packages and services to clients clearly and professionally Follow up with interested customers and convert them into bookings Maintain daily call records and update CRM/lead sheets Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth Handle incoming inquiries with a friendly and solution-oriented approach

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (photography/event industry preferred) Strong communication and convincing skills Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) Positive attitude and ability to meet targets Customer-focused, confident, and professional on calls
