About the Role:
The Betel Leaf Co. is looking for a
Customer Support Executive
who can deliver excellent service, resolve queries quickly, and ensure a smooth experience for our customers across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries efficiently.
Resolve order-related issues and complaints in coordination with kitchen and logistics teams.
Maintain daily records of customer interactions and feedback.
Communicate accurate information about products, offers, and orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Business / CRM tools.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Open to candidates returning from a
career break
or looking to
restart their career.
