, you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to ticket inquiries, event promotions, and sales conversions. You'll represent BeastDrive professionally, ensuring every caller gets a seamless and energetic brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for ticket sales and event promotions.
Handle inbound calls from customers enquiring about BeastDrive events, pricing, and schedules.
Clearly explain event details, ticket categories, and ongoing offers to customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential customers to close ticket sales.
Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer queries promptly.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and call targets.
Share customer feedback with the marketing and event teams for service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English and [local language].
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work under targets and maintain positive energy on calls.
Interest in cars, motorsports, or events is an added advantage!
