Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Promote and sell products or services over the phone. Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers. Generate sales leads and set appointments for sales representatives. Conduct market research surveys and gather customer feedback. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective objectives.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear phone voice. Ability to follow scripts and convey information effectively. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Good listening skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year
