Role Overview
We are looking for a
female Business Development Executive (BDE)
with prior experience in
construction tele calling
. The role does not require lead generation; instead, the candidate will focus on
client communication, follow-ups, and support coordination
.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients in the construction industry.
Handle inquiries, provide basic information, and maintain a professional tone.
Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, meetings, or documentation.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and updates in MS Excel or CRM tools.
Support the business development team by coordinating schedules and client communications.
Build rapport with clients through excellent communication skills.
Manage and maintain offline leads.
Generate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Record and maintain follow-ups in CRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience in tele calling
(construction/real estate industry preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills
in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
Graduation (any stream) preferred, but not mandatory if communication is excellent.

Parameters for Selecting the Candidate
Experience
At least 6 months of relevant tele calling/customer handling experience.
Preference to candidates with prior exposure to
construction/real estate
sector.
Communication Skills
Clear, confident, and fluent in English and Hindi (plus local language if needed).
Ability to handle professional conversations without hesitation.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of
MS Excel
(basic functions like data entry, filtering, formatting).
