Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken
Telecalling Intern
to support our Real Estate and Property Management Services team. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, coordinating with property owners and tenants, and assisting the team in promoting company services and managing client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners, tenants, and potential clients to promote real estate and property management services.
Generate leads and maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline.
Explain company services such as property renting and management support.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for site visits, client meetings, and property updates.
Maintain and update client and property databases accurately.
Handle customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate team when required.
Assist in preparing reports, call logs, and other administrative support activities.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English and any other local language)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
Interest or basic knowledge of the real estate and property management sector.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work independently and achieve daily calling targets.
