Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to meet sales targets. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of calls, providing feedback to the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Make outbond calls to potential customers, promoting our Travel products and services, including flights, hostels, tour packages, and travel insurance Generate bookings, confirm travel arrangements, and provide customer support Build report with customers, understand their travel needs, and provide personalized recommendations Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales performance Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer-facing role is a plus 10 +2 or any Bachelor's degree Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills Strong ability to handle rejection and work in a results driven environment Fluency in Kannada, English and other languages (if any)
