Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while interacting with clients. Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services. Record and update customer information in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and maintain a systematic approach to managing prospects. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement. Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve services.

Requirements and skills:



Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
