Responsibilities

Handle

inbound & outbound calls

. Provide

service details

& assist patients with inquiries.

Schedule appointments

& update patient records. Ensure

professional communication & follow-ups

.

Language Requirement

English (mandatory)

. Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam preferred. Knowledge of

2+ languages

will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Strong

communication & interpersonal skills

. Ability to manage

high call volumes & multitask

. Healthcare / Ayurvedic knowledge is a

plus

.

Minimum:

High school diploma (higher preferred).
