Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients/students/customers.
Handle
inbound inquiries
and provide necessary information.
Conduct
cold calling & follow-ups
to generate leads.
Explain company services, offers, and processes clearly.
Maintain and update the
database/CRM
with client interactions.
Schedule meetings/appointments for the business team.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills
in English and regional languages.
Persuasive, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to handle rejections positively and keep calling consistently.
