. This role involves outbound and inbound voice-based calling, engaging with customers, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to prospective or existing customers
Handling inbound calls and resolving queries effectively
Providing accurate information about products or services
Following communication scripts and company guidelines
Maintaining detailed call logs and updating the database
Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call targets
Coordinating with internal teams when required
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Polite and confident telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
Prior experience in telecalling or voice-based customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
