Position Overview:


We are looking for a

proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive

to join our team at

JP Nagar, Bangalore

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, trainees, and stakeholders, providing them with information about our programs, clarifying queries, and supporting enrollment/placement activities. The role demands excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective students, trainees, or stakeholders regarding SkillSonics' programs and initiatives. Explain program details clearly and persuasively, addressing queries and concerns. Maintain and update call records, databases, and feedback reports. Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the enrollment or placement process. Coordinate with trainers, placement officers, and project coordinators for candidate support. Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall student mobilization and placement goals. Handle inbound calls and redirect queries to appropriate departments as required.

Requirements:



Education:

Graduate/PUC (any discipline).

Experience:

6 months-2 years of experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or in student mobilization. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills:

Strong verbal communication in

English, Hindi, and Kannada

(mandatory). Good listening and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, data entry). Ability to handle targets and deadlines.

Other Attributes:

Positive attitude and patience in handling queries. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic training environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
