Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Answer incoming calls and address customer queries effectively.
Explain products and services clearly to customers
Maintain customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Report calls outcomes and feedback to the manager.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks
Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred Prior experience as a tele-caller or similar role is an advantageous Excellent verbal communication skills in English Good listening skills Ability to handle customer objections Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.). Self-motivated, and result oriented.
