Experience Required: 1-3 years Preferred Industry: AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics), M&E (Media and Entertainment) Education, or any Education Industry. Preference Given: if worked in MAAC or Arena Animation or FrameBoxx or Reliance Academy or any renowned AVGC and M&E training centre . Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: ₹ Contact potential students and parents via phone to provide information about courses, programs, and services offered by the institute. ? Generate and nurture leads through telephonic interactions. 2. Database Management: ₹ Maintain and update the master database of leads, inquiries, and enrolled candidates in the CRM system. ? Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for walk-ins, follow-ups, and closures. 3. Follow-up: ₹ Consistently follow up with prospects to provide additional information, address queries, and encourage enrollments. 4. Coordination: ₹ Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students. ? Work collaboratively with marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness. 5. Reporting: ₹ Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads generated, calls made, follow-ups, and walkin generated. 6. Counseling and Conversion(Extended Roles): ₹ Understand the needs and requirements of prospective students and counsel them about the appropriate courses. ? Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively conveying the value of our programs. Required Skills and Competencies: ₹ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or other regional languages as required. ? Ability to engage with students and parents and build trust over the phone. ? Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. ? Target-oriented with a focus on achieving monthly enrollment goals. Preferred Qualifications: ₹ Prior experience in the AVGC or M&E Education industry is highly preferred. ? Candidates with a background in education counseling will also be considered. ? Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools will be an added advantage.
