Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain client database and update call records regularly.

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (Real Estate experience is a plus).
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Kannada - based on your region].
Ability to persuade and build customer relationships.
Basic computer knowledge
