Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients (businesses, startups, entrepreneurs) to promote our digital marketing services. Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or demos for the business development/sales team. Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to confidently communicate with prospects. Handle initial queries and objections professionally and persuasively. Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status using CRM software. Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to nurture and convert them into paying clients. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to improve offerings and outreach strategies.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or lead generation specialist (experience in digital marketing or IT services is a strong advantage). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email communication.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
