Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain customer databases (CRM) and update records accurately.
Handle inbound queries professionally and provide information as required.
Set up appointments for field sales teams if needed.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Provide feedback on call responses and customer behavior to the team leader.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada/or local languages.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Laptop required
for daily work.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
