Job Responsibilities - MALE Candidates Only
Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from interested youth Make outbound follow-up calls to students and young working professionals Share accurate and inspiring information about the FOLK residency programs Coordinate with the FOLK team to track leads, schedule visits, and confirm enrolments Maintain clean and timely Excel records of all communication and progress Ensure prompt and respectful follow-ups so that no lead is left behind Provide basic support to the outreach team when needed
