Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and dynamic

Telecaller

with 2-3 years of experience in handling both

domestic and international calls

, including

inbound and outbound interactions

. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound

and

outbound calls

from domestic and international customers. Understand customer queries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-ups. Promote products/services where applicable and generate leads when required. Maintain call logs, reports, and feedback documentation accurately. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance metrics. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution or escalation. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Requirements:

2-3 years

of proven experience in a similar telecalling/customer service role. Experience in handling

both domestic and international calls

(inbound & outbound). Excellent verbal communication in

English

and at least one regional language. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Prior experience in BPO/Call Center or similar industries.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
