Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention language(s)].
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain professional under pressure.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call tracking tools.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information about offerings.
