Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support. Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention language(s)]. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain professional under pressure. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call tracking tools. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in [specific industry, if relevant]. Ability to speak multiple regional languages is a plus. Familiarity with sales techniques or upselling is advantageous. Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information about offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Follow communication scripts and adapt as necessary to meet customer needs. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to generate quality leads. Schedule appointments or product demos for field sales teams, if applicable. Provide feedback to improve customer experience and marketing strategies.
