Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing leads.
Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and collect relevant details.
Follow call scripts and maintain a professional tone.
CRM Management (Zoho)
Update and maintain lead data accurately in Zoho CRM.
Ensure follow-up statuses, lead stages, and comments are regularly updated.
Coordinate with the sales team by passing qualified leads in real-time.
Appointment Scheduling
Fix video shoot appointments with customers for testimonial and product demo shoots.
Coordinate timings between customers and in-house videographer.
Ensure reminders are sent and confirmations received.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain a daily call log and share status reports with the sales and marketing teams.
Track video shoot appointments and completion status.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or CRM handling.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM (preferred).
Good communication skills in English and regional language(s).
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to multitask and handle coordination with internal teams and external clients.
